In a month's time, the Rangers' fortunes have taken a dramatic turn, plummeting from playoff contention to the Eastern Conference's basement, with just three wins since late December. "I've faced many ups and downs in my pro career, but I'm determined to maintain a positive attitude and bring my cheerful spirit to the team," Iorio shared during his first practice with the Rangers. "I take pride in my smile and my daily positivity, and I'll continue to bring that energy here."
Iorio's journey to the Rangers is a testament to resilience. After being waived by San Jose in October, he struggled with the Sharks, recording no goals, three assists, and a minus-4 rating in 21 games.
